Voucher had NO clear information about where to meet the tour operator. We called the local phone number on the voucher and were given wrong information 3 times. We were so late getting to the camel place that we had no time for the other activities that were included or to look at the pictures. Literally spent 2 hours on the phone with Viator and their ground operator trying to get a partial refund to no avail. We could have done this tour for half the price with a company located right at the dock. DO NOT USE VIATOR!
