We were on a cruise and booked an excursion with you. That morning my wife got very sick and because of that we were unable to go on the excursion. I called to let explain our situation and the weren’t willing to refund our payment. They have a 24 hour cancellation policy which I understand but I was hopeful Fehi would take our situation into account. Disappointing we weren’t able to go and to not be able to get any type of refund even if it was partial
