You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Completely unreliable! We booked a private luxury transfer to Cabo. Not only did we wait an hour to get picked up, we did not get the beer or car we paid for. They said they did not have our reservation. We paid up front in full and got 2 confirmations! On return to airport, we again got a confirmation saying 9:30am pick up. They did not show up again after several emails and phone calls confirming our trip. We had to get a cab from our hotel. Will never book with Nexus again!

We were met at the cobblestone Lucas airport in a van no air-conditioning no water no nothing when we were promised a private SUV. The representative that needed met us at the airport was rude as hell. So fast to take your money but not enough to give you the service that she paid for
