Great ride, car was almost new and very clean. The driver was friendly and helpful, everything we would want upon our arrival at Los Cabos. Only tip I would offer is to make your way through the guantlet of timeshare people posing as informational resources and just outside to the curb to find your driver.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I booked this for my two daughters and my daughter’s boyfriend and a separate transport for my cousins and I because they were on a later flight than my cousins and I. Our driver was waiting for us. The driver for my daughters left them waiting for nearly an hour. Once he finally picked them up he told them he only had water and wouldn’t give them beers unless they tipped him which was also not the experience my cousins and I had. When I complained I was given a total and complete lie from the company. I’m unsure who told the lie but they tried to say the driver told them he’d have to stop for beer and they said they didn’t want to stop. They refused to provide any compensation for the late pick up or for trying to extort my daughters for what was supposed to be part of the package. Will NEVER use Ballard Tours again!! Straight garbage!!!

Our driver was great! He was early and we found him right away. We will be booking for our next Cabo trip! Cold beer always a plus.
