Round trip was $220 dollars, but that was not made clear. During the first trip the driver, half way through the trip to the hotel, asked us for the full $220 in cash. Making it obvious it was the one way cost (which it wasn't). When we tried to contact the company they were unresponsive, and any information sent to us was incomplete. We feel duped out of $110 dollars and now they won't pick up our calls, and send us emails with no further contact info. Just be careful with these guys.

These guys were amazing, our flights were delayed on arrival and departure and they were flexible and worked with us. They were waiting for us with a personalized sign and had cold beverages on hand! Would highly recommend, we will certainly book with them again for our future trips!

Viator booking system is terrible! ‘Airport Baja Cabo Transportation’ is great! The online booking process on an iPhone is a bad way to go, the fields had to be filled in multiple times and took forever, very confusing!
