The tour was delayed 3 hours the day of tour (9am to noon) and so we had to cancel because we had other commitments in the evening. The refund was process efficiently, so still giving three stars.

Highly recommended. Pleasant drive, stopped for yummy eats both on the way and on the way back. On the trail the guides were EXCELLENT dealing with physical limitations in our group. They selected a shorter path and gave lots of colorful information about the area while we worked through the trail. Could not have asked for more. The falls are amazing, the trail is fun and the water is cool and refreshing. Top Notch!
