I had the worst experience EVER. The company that hosted this activity is called Cactus Tours. First, Cactus Tours told me I had an eighty-dollar balance after paying the $20 entrance fee. I told them the amount I prepaid and that I wasn't aware of any remaining balance. Cactus Tours said it was fine, but they were determined to get more money. Second, they charged me $50 to bring my cell phone on the tour. Third, I couldn’t participate in the ATV activity because there wasn't a helmet big enough for my head. Cactus Tours did not give me a refund but a measly $20 discount to bring my phone on the camel ride and an incident report to complete. I went on the camel ride since there was no hope of recovering any money I prepaid. Fourth, after the camel ride, Cactus Tours charge $20 for one picture or $100 for all pictures taken by their photographers. Fifth, Cactus Tours did not provide a meal or drinks that was advertised on this site. So, I ended up paying $200 for a camel ride that costs $60 with other companies. Stay away from any activity by Next Experience Travel and Cactus Tours. You have been warned! On a more positive note, I participated in a motorbike activity with Eco-Farm tour with Cabo Adventures the day before. I would recommend booking with Cabo Adventures.
