Carlos, our representative, was super friendly while efficiently handling our arrangements and details. He listened to us and then recommended the best tour for our group. Our whale watching tour was totally amazing!! Beautiful scenery, the Arch, whales galore, delicious buffet, delightful captain and crew... all made for an incredible trip!! The van driver escorted our tour group to and from the dock. Carlos explained the entire trip ahead of time so we all were comfortable with the arrangements. The trip was perfect and awesome!!!

My wife and I went on a two hour whale watching tour as suggested by Carlos from Sunwing in Riu Palace Baja California. The boat was good sized and had a capacity of 55 guests. With four staff handling the boat and serving included food and drinks, it was very comfortable. The host was quite knowledgeable and was entertaining. We saw upwards of 10 whales and calves. The captain was very careful to maintain the 30 meter buffer zone so as not to stress the whales. We would definitely recommend this experience.

La experiencia más bonita con los mejores, el Espectáculo de la ballenas es inolvidable y en el barco lad mejores atenciones y muy divertido. El barco es lindo amo y en perfectas condiciones , buenos banos , los espacios , las bebidas , la comida TODO!! La Pasamos increíble sin duda repetiremos nuestro próximo viaje a los Cabos . Gracias!
