We will pick you up at the front lobby of your hotel.
The pick up depends on the hotel where you are staying, as soon as the reservation is made, we will contact you to define the pick up time.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Loved the experience albeit slightly challenging. Well worth it, Will-IAm was a great host and humorous guide. All guides very helpful and made the experience seamless. Would return.

Great experience, good for all ages. Tour guys are funny and informative. Excellent photographer. We ended up purchasing the pictures and video. Felt very safe! Highly recommended!
