We had a great tour! Saw lots of wildlife and had a great guide! Alfredo (Juan) was great! Friendly, knew lots of people around town (we like that), and had a lot of knowledge about Costa Rica.

Pésimo servicio, llegamos a puerto limon y compramos la excursión para 2 adultos y 1 bebé. Llegó el camión después de 30 min por todos y resultaba que solo sobraba 1 asiento ya que habían sobrevendido boletos la respuesta de la vendedora fue que nos fuéramos 1 a la excursión, lo cual nos molestó aún más, ya que no trato de resolver el problema solo dio una solución idiota ya que es una excursión en familia. Mientras esto pasaba las demás vendedoras seguían vendiendo boletos sabiendo que ya no había cupo en el camión…pérdida de tiempo y corajes. Tomamos un taxi afuera e hicimos el mismo tour a mitad de precio y fue privado. También se me estaba olvidando lo siguiente, esta empresa también te decían que irían a Playa Bonita y cuando ya estaban arriba los turistas dentro del camión te decían que ya no
