Ahmed was an incredible guide, taking us on a journey to the ancient past. He led us from pyramid to pyramid, on camelback & foot. He spoke excellent English & was passionate about Egyptian history. I learned more about ancient Egypt in 3 hours with him than the dozens of documentaries I’ve watched (I’m a huge history nerd). He led us into the 2nd pyramid, Khafre’s, and we experienced the magic of being at its core in the burial chamber. Ahmed showed us the impossible architecture that makes up the different structures in the area. He was also very open minded to discussing my questions about alternative theories (Sphinx water erosion, pre-flood modern civilizations, etc.) Overall, I couldn’t have had a more perfect experience at the pyramids complex & a more vivid dive into the mysterious world of ancient Egypt. I recommend him 1000x over.

Organised trip at last minute which was no issue for EMO tours. I was picked up from my motel by Tonsi my tour guide and Moustapha the driver and driven to the Pyramids which was an awesome experience. My tour guide Tonsi was excellent and I would highly recommend EMO tours and Tonsi to anyone wanting a guided tour his knowledge and passion for Egypt was fantastic. Again give EMO tours a call and they will accommodate you.

I would love to say thank you again Ahmed Tonsi our tour guide for such excellent service. This is my second time in Egypt both times used Tonsi from EmoTours. I will say we picked a great time to come. My husband and I already made plans to come to Egypt for our 1st wedding Anniversary and kept our plans when we seen Egypt was open as long as you had negative covid test 72hr/96hrs in advance. We did a half day tour which included Giza pyramids, Sphinx, and Giza Plateau. On the way to pyramids please be sure to ask Tonsi to stop at the falafel shop(forgot the name)...they have the best falafel sandwich I have ever eaten. At pyramids we entered the largest pyramid(for a fee) and was able to go into the queens Chamber(a must do!). We did a camel ride at the plateau. A few years back when we came it was extremely busy tourist everywhere. If your pretty healthy and not afraid of travel right now, I would take advantage of the decreased crowd and go right now. Egypt was safe. Tonsi our guide is so attentive to your needs, he lets you know what to expect. But overall the Egyptian people are so kind and welcoming. He’s also good at taking pictures so you don’t have to worry about who can capture the moment. Both times he have taken some of our best most memorable moments. Thank you Tonsi for your service. Thank you Emos Tours will definitely use in future!
