We were traveling as a family with kids, and Essam did a great job planning our entire trip as per as our requirements. Walid picked us up from the Cairo airport, helped us get local sim cards, and ensured we got connected rooms in the hotel. Sultan was the tour guide for our 2 days in Cairo and he was knowledge-able and fantastic! Essam himself accompanied us on our Nile cruise and showed us all the historical sites around Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel. Not once did we feel rushed by the crew and they did everything possible to make it a very memorable trip for us. You can't go wrong with EBV and Essam.
