Enjoy your visit to the ancient Cairo through viewing the Hanging Church dating back to the third century. You will watch also Ben Ezra Synagogue which is the oldest Jewish temple in Cairo, dating back to the 9th century AD. The Church of Abu Serga which is one of the oldest Coptic churches in Egypt, This church is very famous for having been constructed upon the crypt where the Holy Family hid for three weeks during their sojourn in Egypt. Then visit the Castle of Salah al-Din that was built by him on the hills of Moqattam in 1183 AD. At the same place, you will have the chance to see the Alabaster mosque of Mohammed Ali Basha, which is built inside the castle, and it is considered the most important mosque in Cairo. Finally upon finishing your visit to the landmarks of Coptic and Islamic Cairo, we will drop you off to your hotel.

    The Hanging Church is named for its location above a gatehouse of Babylon Fortress, the Roman fortress in Coptic Cairo (Old Cairo); its nave is suspended over a passage. The church is approached by twenty-nine steps; early travelers to Cairo dubbed it "the Staircase Church". The land surface has risen by some six meters since the Roman period, so the Roman tower is mostly buried below ground, reducing the visual impact of the church's elevated position
