MIDO was perfect with us from the begging until the end. He is the ONLY agent in Egypt that answered to ALL my questions (in a very fast way btw). Wow! Wow! This is my first time traveling by myself. And they made me feel safe the whole trip. From the moment I got to the airport to the moment I got dropped off the airport. I felt safe the whole entire time. It has been the best experience for me. They checked up on me all the time to make sure I was comfortable. I am definitely coming back and bringing friends with me. They made me feel like home. When I was being dropped off at the airport I felt some emptiness. I really didn't want to leave I felt like home❤
