Hany Mubarak was our guide come care taker at Cairo, right from our schedule to managing our tour, he efficiently executed the entire trip so smoothly. I still remember him calling us as Habibi (Sweetheart) and indeed looking after us as his family.

Tour was a good overview of the religious history of Cairo, a relaxing boat (felucca) ride, and a quick overview of the museum highlights. There were the obligatory tourist stops like the papyrus shop and the essence shop. Both were actually quite interesting, informative, and entertaining. Note that the pickup time on Trip Advisor says 9am; but it's really 8. Be sure to confirm with them first. The listing also says 12 hours duration. It's more like 6-7 hours, as it should be. I cut mine slightly short since I had just come off of a long flight. My guide was friendly and knowledgeable. In all, I'd say this tour was average-slightly above and I would recommend it (maybe even 4.5 stars).
