I booked a taxi a day in advance. The driver was supposed to be at exit 2, terminal 3 at 10 a.m., Cairo airport with a sign with my name on it. I got a text with the name of the driver before we arrived. There was no one waiting for us. After 30 minutes I called the number on the text and the person that answered told me to wait 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes, no car showed up, and decided to take another taxi to the hotel. Booking reimbursed me for the service.
