    The sightseeingworld.com team is friendly and quickly answered all of our questions about the booking process by email. Our follow-up questions could probably have been avoided with a more detailed description of the booking process (the voucher can also be redeemed online). By using hop-on hop-off and visiting Alcatraz, you can see all of the important visit points. The most impressive was the trip across the Golden Gate.

    If I could give zero stars I would. This trip was bought and paid for a month ago through our travel agent. We were asked to confirm our place 72 hours before departure and we actually confirmed a week before only to be told there were no places available. We were offered the next day but had another tour booked. We emailed them to ask for alternatives but got no response. Our tour operator got involved but had no luck either. This could have ruined our holiday as we've travelled from UK to see Alcatraz. Luckily we managed to buy tickets through Viator at double the cost to us. No apology or recompense has been offered. Please do not use this tour operator!!!!!

    Had our hop on hop off & Alcatraz tour booked & paid for for months!!!!! 2 days before we’re due to arrive they email to say we can’t get you on the Trip ?????! Avoid these people book direct with some one Delivers on there Promises
