Our favorite spot onboard is up front, where you can gaze down at bow riding dolphin, which will glide just below your feet on one of the dual bows, so close they are almost within arm’s reach!

    All guests will check in at Davey's Locker and pick their boarding pass up from the office. The office will then direct all guests to the appropriate line where the crew will grab all guests and direct them to the vessel.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

Saw a magnificent 70 foot fin whale. Beautiful day. Crew was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. My only complaint was with Viator. Went to a lot of trouble to print tickets as instructed, yet they didn’t need to be printed. Please change that in your web and ticket info.

Very disappointed. We drove 2 hours to Newport. Received a call as we were parking they were cancelling the 12:30 due to hazardous conditions. Checked the maritime weather and it was a green flag for morning and red flag for afternoon. Rebooked for 2 days later for a 3PM trip, received an email 10:51AM stating the trip was also canceled. No reason given. I checked the maritime weather and it was green flags- no hazardous conditions. Beware if traveling in for this specific excursion. We also did not receive a full refund as of yet.

Amazing experience! Captains Larry and Harrison were expert drivers and incredibly knowledgeable about local wild life. We saw 3 Grey Whales and 10 bottlenose dolphins. Family friendly, smooth sailing, safe and extremely capable crew. Would recommend and visit again next time we are in SoCal.
