This was one of the best tours of my life. Our Tour guide was fantastic. He had just the right balance of intellectual information and little jokes thrown in. We learned so many details. The walk was informative. The restaurants and pubs were fantastic. And the ride around town in an electric Model T Ford was fun and regal.

The tour delivered as advertised, but Cambridge itself was overcrowded with tourists. The driver transported us to and from Cambridge in a timely manner (yes, we did leave late because there were 5 no-shows and 1 passenger delayed on the tube). Two local guides met bus upon arrival, and the group split in two for a 1-hour walking tour. Our guide, Tony, had an engaging sense of humor. Afterwards, we had 4 hours to spend touring on our own before returning to the bus, which was about 3 hours too much.

This tour started with a delay of 15 minutes because 3 persons did not show. They were at another starting point which was wrong. Our driver was nice and friendly but did not give the LIVE Commentary promised going or returning. We therefore lost time with our guide and another 15 minutes when someone required the washroom. This tour was under my expectations.
