A highlight of our time in Brisbane. Did the tour and tasting with 3 teenagers, fed the camels and tasted the vodka. A great morning which we loved.

Had a super fun time learning about an industry I didn’t know existed! We got to pat the baby camels which were adorable and our tour guide was hilarious. I’m lactose intolerant but “plot twist”… turns out camel milk is fine! We pigged out on ice cream and cheese after #noregrets

I don’t usually write reviews, however I am taking the time to do this review today. I have regularly visited this place bringing visiting family and friends and customer experience has always been positive. However booked a camel ride for family member who has a speech disability and unbeknownst to her was not standing in the correct place. The Tour Manager asked my guest to move and my guest did so straight away and was trying to say she was listening to the guide. I thought this was sorted and we were about to get on the camels when the Tour Manager decided to approach us again and revisit the situation and her manner was condescending and harassing causing distress to my guest who couldn’t speak well. I had to say how appalling her manner was and we ended up leaving and not going on the camel ride. I have personally never experienced such poor customer service from someone which is why I am taking time to write this review. It’s sad as I have always enjoyed visiting this place. However if the Tour Manager is representative of this business values in harassing people to get the point across instead of a great customer experience they have lost my custom and recommendation.
