Embark on a sampan and witness the vibrant trading activities of Cairang Floating Market, the largest floating market in Vietnam. Goods exchanged include fresh fruits and vegetables, such as pineapples and mangos. Experience a unique breakfast, ordering from floating restaurants and cafes which offer delicious noodle soup and strong Vietnamese coffee—a perfect combination to start your day. We will then cruise into the jungle through small, yet complex canal systems, which provide a serene home to diverse flora and fauna. Allow yourself time to relax and meditate on this tranquil part of the trip. Next on our trip is a visit to an organic cocoa farm. The owner’s father brought the plants back from a trip to Malaysia in 1960, introducing an extremely different crop to the region. All handmade and processed, these chocolate goods are a labour of love for this family.We will also explore a four-decade old noodle village and participate in the making of rice noodles the traditional way.

Best tour ever ❤️ ! The company as been so great and helpful for us to have a wonderful day ! Everything was splendid from the activities to our fantastic tour guide. You get to learn and do a lot while spending time on the Mekong in empty areas to buzzing marjet. Thank you so much and I hope to come back !

Really enjoyable morning with our guide Thung. Collected from our hotel and taken by taxi to board a sampan in which we visited ( and sampled fares from) the floating market of Cai Rang. Afterwards we saw how rice noodles are made and we visited a fruit farm. Ken also assisted us in our onward travel plans which was really helpful.

Brilliant river trip with Yan! He was kind, thoughtful, friendly and very knowledgeable. We were looking for a 3-4 trip with a slightly later start (6am), less touristy, and more relaxed than the big group cruise boats - and that’s exactly what we got! Yan was quick to respond to our questions when booking and very kindly picked us up near our hotel. Highly recommend!
