I booked this tour with a pick-up from my hotel in Maspalomas, which was on the tour operator’s list of available pick-up locations. I received a confirmation email but was later contacted directly by the tour operator asking me to go to another hotel an hour before the advertised pick-up time as my hotel was “a five-star hotel, up a mountain” and way too far. The patronising tour operator suggested that it wasn’t too far for me to travel on my own down to another hotel without car access though! Terrible service and poor organisation skills. I had to contact Viator’s Customer Service to obtain a refund as the tour operator ignored my messages. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING! Maybe worth calling them in advance to avoid bad surprises and not book at the last minute like I did. Will avoid in the future.
