Unfortunately, we were not informed that the trip would start an hour earlier and so we were unable to take part. The money was also lost. I think that was really bad service. Apparently, we were sent an email. But I definitely didn't receive one. 5 minutes before departure, I got a call saying that we were being picked up. That wasn't possible for us and so we had to cancel the trip. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this service. Sorry.

Pick up was on time lovely clean bus the tour guide was lovely so nice very well mannered knew his stuff ‘ it was a hot day the market was massive loads of gifts to take back home thank you for a wonderful day definitely be booking again x
