A no show! Waited an hour, no answer from the number provided. Another rep kindly helped us and established that the taxi company couldn't collect us so passed it on to someone else - who then didn't show up. Viator wouldn't refund however PayPal did. Very disappointed!

The driver never showed when we called the number on the voucher the company said they no longer dealt with you. So we had to pay for a taxi. We are looking for you to refund our money

Wonderful service! Our driver was waiting for us with our name. Plenty of space in our vehicle. We had to upgrade to a larger vehicle because of all our luggage and I called Viator snd took care of it for a nominal fee. Our driver Oracio, was very nice and informative about the island. Definitely recommend this service!
