Un curso para pasar del rocódromo a la roca perfecto. Ágil, práctico y divertido. Lo hicimos mis hijos de 10 y 11 años y yo y aprendimos mucho y lo pasamos de maravilla. Totalmente recomendable.

We booked the activity 7th of January at 10am , the night before the instructor name Fernando messaged me to cancel the activity and pay next day end of the activity as he said the activity that week had 8% discount and on the APP Viator wasn’t available to get the discount. Fernando cancelled the activity and he asked me to approve from my email , which at the moment was fine from my side to do. Same night we had a phone call where he mentioned that we’ll change the time of the activity from 10:00 to 13pm as he’s in a party that night ( family celebration ) and I tried to respect that as 6th of January is the celebration of the Three King's Day . Surprise , surprise!! Next day at 9:37am Fernando texted me that he can’t make the appointment for family reasons . Extremely disappointed me and my partner! We did pay 320€ and money has not been paid back yet however the application says 24 hours in advance but we did cancel 14 hours before even Fernando mentioned that it’s guaranteed to receive the money back. We are tourists , definitely ours days were planned and booked accordingly each single day . We did waste one day , being non productive as we couldn’t book anything that we liked ( last minute everything it’s booked ) . I know that day 7th of January we supposed to be 5 people to do the activity and if someone read this review please let me know if you did received your money back . Extremely disappointed and I don’t know how trusted can be an application.

We really enjoyed this climbing day with Fernando. He is very experienced and took us to a great climbing side. He was suggesting routes that were perfect for our level and experience. We had a bit of experience indoor climbing, no outdoor, but I am sure this trip will be suitable to any level as he really gives a personalised touch to it. He also made very nice videos of us climbing which he sent the day after. Definitely recommend!
