    Sioux City Park emulates a western city with its typical buildings, peoples and routine, offering tons of fun for its visitors. This city was built back in 1972 as a set for western movies. We are sure you have seen some of the buildings before. This city is not a museum, everything is real and fully functional like for example the sheriff’s or the saloon. Visit the saloon and try some of the drinks they have for you. Moreover there are spectacular shows: bank robbery, firefights between the bandits and the sheriff. There is also a zoo with cachena cows, Jersey giant chickens, emus, suricata and for those of you, reptile-fans: dwarf crocodiles.

Fantastic day. The whole place oozed reality and precision of what the wild west would be. The shows were awesome. The staff were excellent. Well definitely come again.

Nooit meer! Vantevoren word er gezegd cowboy stad is goed rolstoeltoegankelijk en speciale rolstoelruimte voor de shows + korting op entree voor de paar dingen waar je niet in kan(gebouwen). Betaald,iets korting gehad en vervolgens zwaar teleurgesteld. In feite is het 1 zand/grindbak en totaal niet rolstoeltoegankelijk. Zelfs met een kinderwagen al lastig op sommige plekken. Paar plekken houten vlonder maar met gaten, losse planken en geen rampjes(op de hoofdingang na) Eigenlijk niets toegankelijk, geen speciale showruimte dus ook tijdens de show zie je al rolstoeler niets(mensen staand voor je neus). Alles binnen mega duur bv ponyritje van 3min €10, hamburger met friet €17. Personeel wat binnen in het restaurant staat te roken om vervolgens toe te kijken hoe ik met rolstoel vast zit in het zand. Enige die wel kwam helpen zei ookal nee we zijn zeker niet toegankelijk dat zeggen ze ook alleen maar zodat je een kaartje koopt a €25 Helaas na een uurtje weer naar huis gegaan, erg jammer de aankleding is prachtig dit had niet zo gehoeven en erg jammer voor de kids! Zoiets nog nooit meegemaakt en zo simpel op te lossen Bij de receptie gemeld de medewerker zegt hier ligt toch een ramp. Niet mijn probleem en loopt gewoon weg. Pure discriminatie dit

AMAZING from the staff to the brilliant animals ! The animals were rescued and seemed happy which is amazing. Really great day out and I’m so glad we did it !
