    In Aqualava they take care to be respectful to the environment. Therefore and because we want to enjoy the whole year, the pools are heated through geothermal energy. Aqualava's areas and attractions are suitable for all ages, including the smallest of the house. The highlights of the park are: Aqualava Beach: You will feel like on the beach in this wave pool with salty water, the only one in Lanzarote Corsario Bay: Several slides, ramps and water depth adapted to the smallest ones, but Beware the Octopus! Timan Fire: Only for the bravest! Feel the adrenaline in our five amusing slides, with numerous loops Magma River: Sail on this lazy river with doble or single floats Restaurant & Shop: To enjoy the whole day without fail, you can make a pause in the Restaurant Timi Kitchen with live cooking shows and varied buffet, or enjoy a fruit juice or an ice cream in Timi Shop. The pools are too cold for younger children in March, we visited at opening time with our 2yr old as the hotel pools were too cold for him, the pools at the park weren’t much warmer unfortunately. The wave pool was quite warm but the kids splash park was freezing, with any younger toddlers not able to stay in long before wanting to get out. This was all younger children we saw when we were there, it seemed fine for older children (4-5+). We asked if we could leave and come back later in the afternoon once the pool had warmed up but it’s not allowed to re-enter once leaving the park which is a shame. We spent a couple of hours there, mostly sat on the sun chairs, with maybe 15 minutes in the water.

Small water park with only a few rides for older children. Nice area for younger children but adults unable to go down with children so can be a bit tricky if you’re on your own. Wave pool was nice and warm but all other pools cold. Lazy river was good. Food area very over priced and below average quality.

Excellent waterpark with rides suitable for little ones and teenagers. We went as a family of four with an 11 and 12 year old and they loved it. Rides aren't too scary so ideal for those seeking a fun day out. We went Feb half term and there weren't any queues for anything so kids got loads of turns on everything. Immaculately clean and places to buy food and drinks were reasonable prices. Lots of seating areas, plenty seats and plenty lockers. Highly recommend and will definately return.
