  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

It was alright. A lot of touring in one day. I guess if you're into walking and touring all day then it's for you if not don't waste your time and money. I also don't like the hidden fees that they sneak in like to get life vest for Cenote or drinks not included in your meal when you go to restaurant buffet for lunch and bike rentals It was a decent tour like I said if you're into walking and touring all day then it's for you if not then don't waste money on this activity. Didn't like the food options either for lunch maybe I thought it would be better. That's all.
