Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the pick up time assigned by the supplier. Please confirm your exact departure time with the tour supplier after booking (see voucher instructions). The voucher must be redeemed at the ticketing center to join the tour.

  • Restrictions: Only children older than 6 years (accompanied by an adult). A responsive letter must be signed, in the case of children their parents must sign.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This snorkeling experience was amazing. I went with a small group of 5 people so we had lots of personalized attention given to each of us. Moises, our tour guide, was awesome. He was extremely professional, kind, and made sure everyone was safe and enjoying the experience. At one point Moises helped me swim faster up to a beautiful green sea turtle. It was a memory I will not forget! The facilities to shower off after the trip were very clean and looked newly built. When my flipper strap broke, Moises was quick to have a backup strap and replace this while out on the boat. I would 100% recommend this experience.

Amazing tour, excellent guides and a must do in Mexico. Tour was the perfect length, only 5-10 mins between each stop so no worry about burning too much. Id recommend a rash guard although it is definitely not necessary. Perfect for beginner swimmers too as they have a little life ring out at all times to hold on to. 10/10 once in a lifetime experience, if you have any doubt just go do it believe me.
