We offer transportation from the different hotels in Cancun and Puerto Morelos, if your hotel is outside of this area please inform us the hotel name and we will pick you up for a minimum extra cost of the transportation.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you are reading this, this is your warning. Do not waste your time and money. They said the drive came to pick us up. But he never showed. We were ON time and waited an hour. Terrible service and communication. Stay away! Stay away!!!

DO NOT book through here. Absolutely terrible service - first of all we never got picked up.. we waited 40 minutes for the ride at the resort.. never showed up. Called plenty times trying to get through, couldn’t get through. Phone hung up.. if you want a good service and someone who takes GOOD care of yall go book through Amstar
