If your hotel is not listed that means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know, so a representative of our company can contact you and indicate the meeting point and time for your pickup. This service has different schedules. The schedules variates according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule confirmation via mail or via text message.

  • Maximum weight 270 pounds for ziplines
  • For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
  • It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Mayans were the coolest part of the trip. Tour felt rushed. Only 15 minutes at the last two senotes. Turned the tour into a tequila sales opportunity.

Our adventure to Cenotes Route Eco park was awesome! Our guide Raphie was great from the ziplines, to cenotes and taking the atv through the jungle! We had an amazing fun time, highly recommend. We had private personal service from start to finish. Thank you Raphael!
