It was a great experience overall. Our transportation arrived at the hour we asked for, and went to all the sites we wanted to. The entrances weren’t included, but they weren’t too expensive either. You can essentially make your very own itinerary anyway so you choose where you go and what to visit around Chichen Itza. The only downside was the driver not knowing English, but Google translate did its job.
