Communication with operator was very good. They accommodated location and time changes. Driver was early.

Top Shuttle Service. Schnelle Antwort, gute Fahrt, klare Kommunikation. Sehr zu empfehlen. 3h vor Ankunft in Cancun Airport gebucht. Fahrer wartet mit Schild am Flughafen Ausgang. Gute schnelle sichere Fahrt mit modernen VW Bus. Kommunikation mit dem Chef via What's App unkompliziert und verbindlich. Mit Paypal bezahlt. Leider etwas teuer aber dafür exklusive Reise. Kurzer Weg zum Parkplatz vom Fahrzeug. Fahrer hilft beim Gepäck.

They did not show up. We tried calling and texting the number we were given and the number on Viator. We have a refund request in to Viator. I hope to receive a refund, or we will no longer use Viator to book anything.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
