I landed at 2030 and asked a gentleman for a shuttle to my resort. I was told there is no shuttle service and a taxi cost me $87!!! This is my 15th trip to Cancun and I was stunned at the price of a taxi. $50-$60 would be a fair price but anything above that is unfair and it is so unfortunate that this has transpired because it leaves a very negative impression on a visitor.

Booked this airport transfer and the car was a no show. Sent a message the evening before to confirm with them and two others the morning of with no response. Very poor as we ended up having to wait until after the slot had passed to leave to avoid double booking which set us back on time and our last minute car was much more expensive. They never even bothered to respond to my request for a refund after.

Our driver had a gift for us! Unexpected & lovely surprise. A memory such as this cannot be planned and was a truly welcome surprise. Kind, courteous, he put our luggage in his vehicle, & unloaded. We had a whole van to ourselves! Smooth ride with healthy haste. Would rent from again easily. Amazing! My wife if she was single she would invite him back! Very cute guy, courteous too. However, quite pleased with professionalism & service.
