  • Children 4-15 years old can ride on the back seat accompanied by an adult.
  • ATV insurance is included in the price of your experience.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It’s everything they advertise but imagine someone offering an “Extreme Margarita” and it’s just a water down drink named extreme….. don’t let them get you.

Horrible experience. The guide tried to steel money from us by overcharging the lockers. The company changed the booking date and time without warning us. The ATV is not in the Mayan Jungle. Don’t book this

Very good attraction for extreme lovers :) I definitely recommend for individuals or couples. The crew was very nice and security issues were explained.
