Driver showed up within a few minutes of the time scheduled. Got to the airport way too early for a 13:30 flight, could have spent an extra hour at the resort but I do move through airports fairly quickly. Overall, I’d use this service again.

Contratamos un servicio ida y vuelta (apto-hotel-apto). Todo bien en el primer tramo. para el retorno reservamos el servicio a las 2:30pm sin embargo el transporte llego a la 1:15pm sin previo aviso, dejando una notificacion de No Show, al llamar al call center la respuesta fue " no sabemos que es lo que paso" no podemos brindarle alternativas, hago un reclamo posteriormente, tuvimos que tomar un taxi el cual nos costo casi 80 dolares y en mexico Travel nadie nos da un respuesta sobre que fue lo que sucedio.
