Mexicans, children, students, and teachers (residents in Mexico) have a discount on the Chichen Itza tax upon presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

First and foremost; Amigo tours is the way to go! theyre absolutely the very best! From the very beginning, all the way to the end, staff members are super attentive and very friendly. Staff members are also very detailed with instructions, and they really go out of their way to provide the best service possible. Ulises, or Don Uli is absolutely wonderful! Would 100 percent recommend amigo tours for your activity plannings!

The swim in the cenote was liberating and refreshing, getting up early for the tour was difficult but absolutely worth it in my honest opinion.
