If you stay at a hotel in Cozumel, the pick up will be at the pier in Playa del Carmen. If you stay at a hotel in the center of Playa del Carmen, the pick up will be in the Old Square on the stairs of the Elite Lockers sports shop. In case you do not locate your hotel in the list, please inform us where you will be staying to offer a nearby point.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a great day all though it was 14hrs in total, but what really disappointed me was they double charged my credit card at the shop for our Mayan calendar’s. They told me my card didn’t work first time so I put my details in again and was given one receipt for 1000 pesos. Only noticed this when I got back to the UK and received my bill. So be aware of this scam whenever you visit the shop.
