Good communication from the operator - sent a WhatsApp message the day before with exact location, directions & a picture which really helped! The driver was good - took care over the many bumps and pot holes in the long road to Cancun, drove safely. It was a full van and we were packed in tight - a little sardine-esk. (My partner is a big guy!) So thankful I brought a hand fan with me!! AC was on, but the sun was streaming in with a lot of body heat! The windows don't open, so if you are like me and susceptible to car sickness, be sure to bring a fan, some water etc to get yourself through. The van doesn't stop along the way. It was convenient and on time
