This was an amazing experience! I loved going to the local market and being given an explanation of which fruits/ vegetables were the best to pick. Loved seeing the local store where fresh tortillas were made and hearing its history and BTW they were so good!!! Not to mention the class itself was one of the best cooking classes I’ve ever attended. He explained everything as we cooked with such detailed directions and the food was AMAZING! One of the best dishes we had while in Mexico. Would do it again.

We were lucky enough to be the only couple on the tour which gave us a few extra perks. Our guide Carlos stopped for us to get a scenic photo in the middle of town and also made an extra pepper dish for us to try. He was very knowledgeable and friendly telling us all about the various parts of Mexico and local cuisine. We also started the tour with tamales from a women on the street. Very authentic and memorable experience all around! Couldn't recommend more, must do!!

Hector was amazing! We highly recommend this tour if you want to learn about the culture, authentic food, and a relaxed tour. I’d do it again! Tequila tasting, margarita making, and food instructions!
