The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Your safety is our crew’s biggest priority. Before your journey even begins, your chauffeur completely disinfects the vehicle and places free hand sanitizer in the back seat. One of our professionally-trained drivers will greet you with a name sign in the reception of the hotel, will offer to assist with luggage and guide you to your vehicle. Your driver will open and close the door for you, and for your safety, guests are only permitted to ride in the back seat. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Friendly, fast and safe. We were very happy with the whole service. Will use them again when we return. They were easy to find as we exited the airport. We were in a nice car 30 minutes later heading to hotel. Driver was prompt on picking us up to the hotel. Nice to have this all paid for in advance and not deal with the shenanigans that come with getting a taxi sorted at the airport.

our driver arrived and was not friendly or helpful. The car was cold and she played loud music. I would have appreciated the asking if the temp was good or turning down her loud music.

Our transfer from the Cancun airport to our hotel was fine. However, they never came to pick us up at the hotel to take us to the airport for our departure. The round trip transfers were paid upfront with our overall vacation cost.($32.00) When they never showed up to take us to the airport and time was running out to catch our flight home, we had to pay a taxi $100.00 to take us to the airport. Mozio will not reimburse us for their failure that caused us to pay a taxi $100.00. After many emails and live conversations, they said they will only reimburse us $16. For the record, Mozio is the transfer company used by Priceline, who also refused to have any accountability for their transfer agent, Mozio. Disappointed with both Mozio and Priceline. Will not use either in the future.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
