We spent spring break at the Royalton Splash in Cancun and worked with Rudy at Nexus Tours to find an excursion for ziplining during our stay. He was very helpful in showing us different options and giving us plenty of details on Xplor and transportation. He got us all set up & we were off & running! Definitely ask for Rudy if you're at the Royalton Splash and looking for something fun to do.
Xplor itself was incredible, and the perfect size to experience in a single day. There are two courses for ziplines, totalling about 16 total "harnassed" ziplines, plus a hammock zipline into water. We also did the Underground Exploration trip through the cave springs, plus the side-by-side ATV rides. We had mechanical issues during our first ride down the "dry" track, and required help to get up a couple hills from the ATV behind us. When we alerted the staff as we got back into the entry/exit point, they were quick to take the ATV out of service for repair and "fastpass" us directly into a different ATV on the "Wet" track to get us going again. We had a blast pounding through the streams and caves the second time.
The lunch buffet was very good with lots of choices. The park itself was full, but never felt overwhelming like some theme parks. The longest we waited was around 15 minutes to get going on the first zipline, then the crowds thinned out.
Transportation was comfortable and organized.
If your group is looking for some adventure, I'd recommmend checking Xplor out!
