We signed up for this to mainly see Coba since we had already been to Tulum. It was not until a half hour on the bus that we were told Coba would be out due to closure. Instead we would go to a Mayan village. It was some guy praying over us and the kids playing the log dump and other home made instruments. Charming but not what we signed up for and a very long bus ride foit. Lunch was good but still most of the day on a bus for very little.

The tour leader picked us up at our resort which was nice. I liked Tulum and Coba, we got to walk around and Julio our guide explained the difference between Tulum and Chichen Itza. At Coba we took a tricycle up to the pyramids and the driver pointed out different places along the route. We ended the day at Playa del Carmen where we got to shop or eat. It was a well spent day.
