  • Please be mindful of your belongings. We cannot be held responsible for items left behind on our transport vehicles or at our facilities. In the event that you recover a lost item, there will be a charge of 500 to 700 Mexican Pesos for operational expenses. This fee covers the delivery of your item to your hotel in Cancún. For other destinations, customers will need to visit our offices to retrieve their forgotten belongings. Your cooperation in safeguarding your belongings is greatly appreciated.​
  • Tour Duration: The total duration of the tour is 15 to 16 hours, including travel times between states.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
