Bus never showed up on Cancun run ..we waited for over 2 hours at one stop..had to pay and take a city bus to another bus stop on hop on / hop off location but bus ne er showed up. I called the number on paper but only got a recording..Finally got ahold of TripAdvisor and they said they will refunded us.

El City tour no se debe hacer a horas que prácticamente todo está cerrado, además las paradas son muy cortas

compré tickets terminal buses ADO, muuucha gente en la terminal, y complicado esperar el bus. El chofer excelente, buenas explicaciones, respetuoso, educado, y te da el celular para chequear los horarios en los puntos de paradas. El paseo es recomendable, buena música. NO son puntuales, ya que el tránsito distorsiona los horarios, hay que tener paciencia y confianza, los puntos están bien marcados para esperar el bus. Bajamos en playa Gaviota Azul, hicimos playa, luego fuimos caminando hasta el siguiente punto, le escribimos por wapp al chofer y muy amable nos indicó cuanto tardaba.
