Set off to El Rey Polo Club to explore the verdant area on a horseback, trotting your way through the forest on quaint dusty roads. The experience is ideal for both experienced and novice riders, making it a great way to try horse riding for the first time.
The adventure continues at the Extreme Adventure Park with a fun-packed ATV ride. Your knowledgeable guide takes you through the deep jungle to explore the region's flora and fauna. Watch out for monkeys swinging through the trees and toucans flying past as you race over rugged dirt trails.
Keep your adrenaline pumping as you zip through the trees and challenge your balance on 3 ziplines. What a better way to wash off the road dust than in the refreshing waters of a natural Mayan cenote—a sink hole filled with gorgeous blue water. Zipline, cliff jump, or take the stairs down into this wonder of nature. Reenergize after your jungle adventure with a delicious Mexican snack before heading back to your hotel.

Horse back riding down a gravel road was very disappointing. The cenote was a lot of fun and very beautiful. But way too short. we were only there 30 minutes. Zip lining was also very fun. We enjoyed the tequila tasting. It was very informative. The ATV ride was very disappointing. Riding on a gravel road was no fun and extremely dusty. We enjoyed our guide Raul and the paparazzo. I have experienced and enjoyed excursions all over the world with Trip Advisor and other companies. However, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and unsafe practices as with this vendor. There are so MANY options in Tulum - I recommend you do thorough research and book elsewhere. DO NOT BOOK with this vendor. We had a simple miscommunication with the driver that led him to leave us in the middle of town and try to drive off with my fiance partially in the vehicle. Patrons approached as they thought he had been robbed or in an altercation - very embarrassing and unsafe. When I called to resolve this - the representative laughed at me and stated their drivers do not speak English and implied I was lying. In addition, they kept trying to push the narrative we were late - which we were not, in order to absolve themselves of any accountability. Once, our tickets were scanned and we had our bands. They no longer cared about accommodating or resolving the issue. Hours later they offered we drive two hours to meet the group to resume the tour or rebook - but no refund. We left the next day, therefore, no option to reschedule. Very unsafe and unprofessional business practices - could have been resolved professionally and amicably. DO NOT BOOK - You can find the exact same experience with a vendor that is diligent about their customer's safety and service.
