We offer round-trip transportation service to all our travelers who stay in most hotels in Cancun (Hotel Zone and Center), Puerto Morelos and Costa Mujeres.

For some hotels or lodging centers (located west of Avenida Tulum, or south of Avenida Las Torres) in the city of Cancun, a meeting point applies.

Some hotels in the Riviera Maya do not allow access to the property, so a meeting point will apply at the entrance or closest access.

Hotels located in areas outside of the aforementioned areas (Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Costa Mujeres) are considered extended areas, so the pick-up service will have a small additional cost depending on the location of the hotel, starting at an extra USD 5 per person. This applies to hotels that are between the Puerto Morelos exit and the resorts around the Xcaret, Xplor and Xenses parks.

If your hotel is not listed, please contact us to arrange your transportation service.

NOTE: Pickup time varies depending on hotel location. Generally applies from 1 hr with 10 minutes in advance, to 20 minutes at the time shown on your ticket. For hotels further away from the center of Cancun it is possible that the pick-up time starts 1 hr 30 minutes in advance. The ticket time is the departure time of the catamaran.

The crew was so nice and accommodating to everyone! I would definitely book with them again. Snorkeling was so much fun!!! We were lead to a cool underwater statue, a coral reef, and plenty of fishies! The drinks were very sugary btw i didn’t mind as that’s how i like them. By the time i got off the island i was pretty tipsy and they also serve more on the island and ride back! We loved the buffet was a lot of variety like ceviche, potato’s and meat, watermelon. Thank you to everyone, hope to be back sooner rather than later! You're the best

I was fascinated, one of the best decisions I could have made. I must confess, that I didn't want to go, but my friends convinced me and it was incredible, the statues on the seabed are incredible, the snorkeling, the atmosphere on the boat, the food was delicious... I LOVE Mexican food ???????? it's magnificent . I would gladly do this tour again, I really loved it.

It was our first visit to Isla Mujeres and I loved it, the party on the Catamaran, the tequila, the snorkeling, everything fascinated me, but what I liked the most and I think I also speak for my friends was the Spinnaker... It was very cool, when we return we will repeat this tour, I loved it, the best of the best, I'm sure
