1. Exact Pickup Time: If you opt for transportation, we will provide you with the precise pickup time tailored to your hotel. This ensures a seamless and convenient experience.

2. Transportation Limited to Touristic Areas: The transportation service is primarily available for hotels located in the main touristic areas. This ensures that guests staying in popular tourist destinations have easy access to the tour.

3. Alternate Pickup Locations: For guests staying in hotels located in Downtown Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or other areas not listed as part of the main touristic areas, we will arrange for the closest pickup location to your hotel.
