Pésima.Dinero perdido.Muchísima gente dentro del catamaran,apelotonados. Snorkel 10 minutos y no se ve absolutamente nada.La excursión consistía también en hacer spinnaker y todavía no sé porque razón no se hizo.Un engaño.La playa a la que vas está llenísima de gente. Ibamos con 2 niños de 6 y 7 años,nos aseguraron que la excursión era apta y adecuada para niños y no lo es…

We were approached by a gentleman on the beach at our hotel and he offered us a catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres for $100 each with a deposit of $250. We thought we were paying for a private boat for the 6 of us. We had several people with the group who speak Spanish so there wasn’t any language barrier for miscommunication. When we arrived at the port we were surprised that we were actually part of a group of about 25 people. We paid the port fee and the remainder of our bill. The crew was great! That’s why they are getting 4 stars and not less. Manolo saved the day. He was fun, enthusiastic and he encouraged all of us to lighten up and have a good time. Which we did! We had drinks and a couple of tequila shots. We had lunch at Ice Bar which was good only because we were starving. We then had an hour to tour Isla Mujeres. If I could change anything about the tour it would be to make this portion longer. 1 hour is not nearly enough time to see everything. We maybe saw 1/4 of what there is to see. Snorkeling was fun and I feel like it was just enough time for what we paid. I would book this trip again only if Manolo is the captain. He was great!

La excursión más divertida de todo el viaje!! Desde el minuto 1, nos ofrecieron bebidas variadas, música y pendiente de todos nosotros. La embarcación no iba al máximo de su capacidad, por lo que estuvimos realmente cómodos. El snorkel estuvo genial y muy bien guiado, vimos otros grupos muy despistados.. los peces y las esculturas una pasada! El resort en el que paramos para comer tenía comida sin gluten!! Todo un bufet!!! Yo soy celiaca así que una maravillosa sorpresa… muy rico el pescado y el ceviche.. Dejan 2h en isla mujeres, tiempo suficiente para conocer la isla.. A la vuelta paran el catamaran 20 min delante de Playa norte para pegarte un baño desde el barco.. Un gusto haber compartido esta experiencia con la tripulación, muchas gracias a Filo, Sergio, Jorge, Mauricio y Ricky, sois muy grandes chicos!!! Volvería a repetir mañana!!
