This is a private transportation on a luxury vehicle that will take you straight to your hotel or destination in the hotel strip of Cancun. once you arrive to the airport you will  pick up your luggage and after that you will  go trough customs an inmigration. after that you will go trough the hall and find the exit. please look for the exit of travel agencies and tour operators. there is where you'll find our staff waiting for you with a sign with your name. our staff will direct you to the area where we have the vehicle that will transfer you to your hotel.

We book a luxury vehicle and was immediately ushered to a white mini van. We were taken to the wrong hotel and lied to about the driver being at the airport in time to pick us up! Do not book this company! Our driver was very nice, not the middle man who put us in the van! Very rude!

Alberto was a great guide - full of knowledge about the area and the ruins. We enjoyed Tulum and the underground river/ceynotes.
